Village Game Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These terms set out the basic conditions for using Village Game, a free casual merge puzzle game operated by NOEL STUDIO.
2. Use of the Service
Users may play the game free of charge. Users must not interfere with the operation of the service, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate leaderboard records, or use the service in an unlawful way.
3. Game Records and Leaderboards
Scores and related records may be displayed on the leaderboard. Records suspected of unfair play, abuse, or technical manipulation may be removed by the operator.
4. Ads and Donations
Village Game may show advertising. At least 10% of advertising and sponsorship revenue is intended to be donated to refugee support organizations, subject to operational accounting and available revenue.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. The operator is not responsible for data loss, service interruption, or other issues except where required by applicable law.
